1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 788bet platform — whether to browse, register, deposit funds, place bets, participate in promotions, or communicate with our support team — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all 788bet members regardless of how they access the platform — desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future application. They apply equally to all product areas: sports betting, casino games, poker, virtual sports, live betting, and any other service offered under the 788bet brand.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own account, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

788bet reserves the right to request age verification documents from any member at any time. Members who fail to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will have their accounts suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

If 788bet discovers at any point that a member was under 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point of use, the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage user will be returned, but any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one 788bet account. This is strictly enforced. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 788bet's discretion.

Accurate Information

When registering with 788bet, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your 788bet login credentials. 788bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other unsolicited communication. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 788bet support immediately. 788bet is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

Wagering Requirements

7 Betting Rules

Bet Placement & Confirmation

A bet is only valid when it has been confirmed by 788bet's system and a bet reference number has been issued to you. Verbal or written requests to place bets through any channel other than the official 788bet platform are not valid. 788bet is not responsible for bets that were not confirmed due to connection issues, system errors, or user error.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet at 788bet is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, event, and member tier. Maximum limits are displayed in the bet placement interface before you confirm. 788bet reserves the right to adjust individual member limits without prior notice if betting patterns suggest systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided (cancelled and refunded at the original stake) in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the result has been determined.
• The market was offered in error (for example, with incorrect odds due to a data feed failure).
• The bet was placed after the official market closing time — referred to as a late bet.
• 788bet determines, after investigation, that the result of the event was subject to corruption or match-fixing.

Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting at 788bet is subject to additional rules regarding the timing of bet acceptance. Bets placed during a live event are processed by automated systems and may be delayed or declined if the in-play odds have moved significantly between your request and the system's processing. A bet is only accepted once the system has confirmed it at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation — not the odds at the moment of your click.

Errors & Obvious Mistakes

If 788bet publishes odds or results that contain an obvious error — such as odds of 100/1 on a heavy favourite due to a data feed problem — 788bet reserves the right to void bets placed on those erroneous prices, even after the event has settled. This applies regardless of whether the member recognised the error or not.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits from your account settings.
• Session time limits: Set reminders or automatic logouts after a defined session duration.

• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent closure of your 788bet account with restrictions that prevent re-registration for a defined period.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

788bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The member has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The member is found to be operating multiple accounts.
• The member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other form of systematic exploitation of 788bet's pricing or promotions.
• The member has been found to be under 18 years of age.
• The member has engaged in behaviour that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward 788bet staff.
• 788bet has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity linked to the account.
• A self-exclusion request has been received — either from the member or from a responsible gaming authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed by 788bet for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining (after deducting bonus funds and potentially any winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will generally be returned to the member via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Limitation of Liability

788bet's liability to any member is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that member's account at the time the claim arises. 788bet is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses of any nature.
• Losses arising from events outside 788bet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, data centre failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

788bet makes every effort to maintain platform availability and data accuracy, but cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible, but emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

13 Amendments to These Terms

788bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 788bet will notify registered members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

If you continue to use 788bet after the effective date of any amendments, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using 788bet and request account closure before the changes take effect. 788bet will process any outstanding balance in your account in accordance with the withdrawal procedure set out in Section 5.
